At Moderia Personalized Watches , we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Our commitment is to ensure customer satisfaction and trust in our brand. This warranty policy details the coverage and procedures for making a warranty claim.
Warranty Coverage
Product Coverage: This warranty covers the watch movements and their general functionality, provided they have been manufactured or assembled by Moderia Relojes Personalizados and purchased directly from moderiamx.com or an authorized distributor.
The warranty covers
• Defects in materials and workmanship under normal conditions of use and maintenance.
• Labor and spare parts needed to repair said defects.
• Movements that have stopped working and have not been manipulated or opened.
Warranty period
The warranty lasts for 2 years from the original purchase date by the first consumer.
What it covers: The warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During this time, defective products or parts resulting from manufacturing errors will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
What is not covered: This warranty does not cover damage caused by conditions, malfunctions, or defects unrelated to materials or workmanship. This includes, but is not limited to: damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.
(Orders with the enhanced water resistance option are covered for water ingress or immersion.)
The warranty does not cover
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, alteration or negligence.
• Damage caused by modifications or openings of the watch made by the customer.
• Damage resulting from failure to comply with the instructions for use or maintenance.
• Natural wear and tear, such as scratches, discoloration, or cosmetic damage.
• Water ingress in models without the enhanced resistance option.
How to claim the warranty

Contact us: To request warranty service, please contact mxmoderia@gmail.com indicating the problem and attaching photographs or evidence.

Proof of purchase: You will need to present an invoice or receipt with the original purchase date.

Shipping costs: The customer will cover the shipping costs of the defective product to Moderia. If the claim is valid, Moderia will cover the shipping costs of the repaired or replaced product.

Service process: Once we receive the watch, our team will inspect it and inform you of the status and resolution within a reasonable time.
Limitation of liability
Moderia Custom Watches will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the product or from breach of this warranty. All implied warranties are limited to the duration of this express warranty.
This guarantee gives you specific legal rights, which may vary depending on your country or region.
Changes to the warranty policy
Moderia Personalized Watches reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be published on our official website and will take effect immediately.
